This course teaches how to practice meditation. Our intent is to get you to the point where you feel you can do it successfully on your own. We are here to provide guidance and to answer your questions, while you begin practicing meditation. The hope is you get more comfortable with listening to your thoughts and then quieting those thoughts to create peace, calmness and tranquility in your mind.
